The Change Manager oversees the change management process to ensure successful implementation of IT changes with minimal/ no disruption. This role involves assessing change requests, planning, and coordinating change activities, evaluating potential risks, and ensuring compliance with change management process. The Change Manager works closely with Internal stakeholders to assess impacts, communicates changes across teams, and conducts post-change evaluations to ensure objectives are met.
Requirements:
• Ideally has 4-6 years of Experience on Change Management & knowledge of ITSM tool
• Process Adherence and Documentation - Following established change management processes and documenting all steps, approvals, and communications.
• Change Assessment and Impact Analysis - Evaluating proposed changes to understand potential impacts on systems, processes, and stakeholders.
Basic Technical Knowledge - Understanding core technologies (e.g., servers, networks, databases, applications etc.) to better gage Risk & impact of a change.
• Collaboration and Coordination - Working effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and prompt impact analysis & effective change planning.
• Reporting- Create Change reports based on different KPIs & SLAs & present to stakeholders on different forums.
• PIR- Conduct Post Implementation review & ensure corrective actions to reduce the no# of unsuccessful/ failed changes.
